PRIVATE GYM TRAINING

Athletic training in one of Manhattan’s independent fitness centers

Working as your personal trainer, Joe Carr will evaluate your health history, lifestyle, and goals to design a personalized program that meets your needs. You’ll combine weight training, cardio, plyometrics, and flexibility to optimize your investment in wellbeing. As you progress, Joe will make sure you continue to challenge yourself—while having fun and avoiding injury in the process.

 

Each time you have a gym training session with Joe Carr, you’ll have full-day access to Boss Gym without paying any additional membership or initiation fees!

 

Boss Gym is conveneiently located in the Garment District near Times Square, Manhattan.

Conditioning through Cardio

Boss Gym boasts a range of cardiovascular exercise equipment including treadmills, recumbent bikes, cross conditioners, and more!  While you work out, tune in to the array of audio-visual offerings for your cardio entertainment.

Weight Training

You may sweat and get dirty, but your space should be clean and professional.  Boss Gym’s space comes with an ample variety of free-weight, dumbbell, kettle bell, cable, and plate-loaded machines and equipment so that you’ll work all parts of your body.

Joe Carr’s private gym personal training program offers:

  • One-on-one personal training sessions with certified fitness instructor and trainer, Joe Carr
  • Full lifestyle, health and fitness assessment
  • Workouts designed for your level of fitness and goals
  • “Off-Day” and travel training tips

Session costs generally start at $100 per session, depending on the package/number of sessions you purchase.

RESIDENTIAL GYM TRAINING

Private training in the gym of your own apartment building

If you have a well-equipped gym in your apartment building, Joe Carr can offer personal training sessions in the convenience of your home fitness center.  An insured professional, Joe Carr provides fitness training to clients in Manhattan, from Battery Park to Central Park North.

 

After an initial evaluation of your facilities, Joe Carr will evaluate your health history, lifestyle, and goals to design a personalized program that meets your needs. You’ll combine weight training, cardio, plyometrics, and flexibility to optimize your investment in wellbeing. As you progress, Joe will make sure you continue to challenge yourself—while having fun and avoiding injury in the process.

Joe Carr’s residential gym personal training program offers:

  • One-on-one personal training sessions with certified fitness instructor and trainer, Joe Carr
  • Full lifestyle, health and fitness assessment.
  • Workouts designed for your level of fitness and goals
  • “Off-Day” and travel training tips

The initial facilities evaluation is $150.  Session costs generally begin at $125 per session, depending on the package/number of sessions you purchase but are subject to any arrangements that need to be made with your residential gym facility.
